Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide software demonstration, implementation, training
and support to clients. His/her main role is to act as technical specialist
for software installation while building integration bridges between the different
components of the end-to-end solutions we support. Other duties shall participation
on continuous improvement teams and to assist in the sales and marketing of
our products and services when dealing with clients.
Qualifications
- Bilingual is a strong asset as well as good communication skills
- Excellence in problem solving skills and proposing alternate solutions
- Strong IT background
- High understanding of general business processes
- Programming education or work experience in VBA, ASP or Javascript a strong
